This privately-owned, first-floor corner condominium is part of Residencia Reef, a prestigious development on the southwest shore of Cozumel. Our home has two luxurious bedrooms, and can sleep six people when you include the two fold-outs in the family room. Full maid service is included with your rental, so you can enjoy your vacation rather than doing dishes. Fine dining is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the neighboring Aura Resort, just a minute's walk away.

The windows of the master bedroom and the family room open directly to the ocean, with nothing but grass, sand and palm trees between you and the water! The famous "Seven Blues of Cozumel" greet you every day, inviting a stroll along the beach or a bit of snorkeling right outside your door.

Every day you can see dive boats out at sea, heading out to famous SCUBA locations: San Francisco Wall, Santa Rosa Wall, Paradise Beach, and more. All of these spectacular spots are within a mile of the beach condo! There are even a variety of colorful fish close to shore for those who don't dive. It's the perfect place to spend your leisure time!

The beautiful days of Cozumel can end with breathtaking sunsets. It's a great time for a quiet walk, or to just grab a nearby lounge chair and enjoy the ever-changing colors.

Our home comes complete with a modern kitchen equipped with all the appliances you'll need to cook gourmet meals when you prefer to eat at home. It also includes a new washer and dryer - you can take fewer clothes and bring back more goodies! Shopping is just a few miles north of the condo, at Chedraui market. You can buy all the groceries and personal items you need there, even imported wines, at reasonable prices. Of course, there are restaurants galore as you head north along the coast highway.

Adjacent to Residencia Reef is a new, multi-use pier that hosts many activities. If you are a SCUBA diver, you can be picked up from this pier at no extra charge. Imagine being able to wake up, have a hearty breakfast from our well-equipped kitchen, grab your bag and walk to the pier! Dive Palancar operates from the beach near the pier, and other dive companies such as Dive Paradise are more than happy to pick you up here.

We believe our second home is your best opportunity for an unforgettable stay in Cozumel. We have stocked it with attractive dishes and silverware, lots of pots and pans for cooking your favorite meals, and a modern dishwasher to help with cleanup. Looking out of the condo through the large, sliding glass door. It's a perfect place for a family meal, or to read a good book.	The large deck wraps around the condo. Teak furniture, ceiling fans and impeccable views await you.
No matter the time of day, most of the deck is shaded. The lovely Infinity Pool is only steps away.	You know you're in the tropics and the sun is directly overhead when the shadows come straight down from the trees.
Happiness is... a sunset walk with your children. We found a sea star near the shore just after this was taken.	In less than 30 minutes you can drive to the rugged east coast of Cozumel, where the waves are larger and the beaches are open.
You never know what you'll see just outside your door! These friendly lizards can be found running around the area sidewalks. They're shy but curious, and children love to chase them!	Less than five minutes north of the condo you'll find the famous Chankanab National Park. For a small entrance fee you can hike, snorkel and sunbathe. Or pay a bit more and swim with the dolphins!
